Patio doors open out to a large verandah with sofas and an informal outdoor dining area from which steps lead down to the elegant swimming pool and sun deck. The property has access to the exclusive Property Owners’ beach adjacent to the Sandy Lane Hotel where complimentary sun loungers are available for the comfort of guests.
Holetown with its lively atmosphere and plentiful bars, restaurants and shops is ten minutes walk away as are the beaches of St. James. The Sandy Lane Golf course and the old Nine Golf Course present the perfect challenge for golfers; tennis courts are also available a short walk from the house.
